A specialist will contact you to gather comprehensive details regarding the scope, urgency, and any specific documents required for your project.

Our team will review your needs and send you a customized, detailed proposal and quote, outlining the strategy and associated costs.

By proceeding with the Quote Request form, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Quote Request
The information provided in the "Request Your Quote" form serves strictly for the purpose of formulating a preliminary cost estimation and service scope assessment. This submission **does not establish a formal contract** or binding agreement for services.
2. Quote Delivery and Validity
- The estimated quotation, tailored to your specifications, will be sent to the contact method provided **within 1x24 hours** (during business operating days).
- The prices and service outlines detailed in the quote are guaranteed for a period of **14 calendar days**.
- Final engagement, pricing, and service execution are contingent upon a subsequent, mutually signed Service Agreement (LOE) and confirmation of payment.
3. Data Usage and Communication Consent
- The personal data collected will be used exclusively for communication concerning the quote request and subsequent follow-up regarding the service activation.
- By submitting the form, you expressly consent to receiving communications, including the quote for efficiency.
- We commit to handling your data confidentially in line with our company's Privacy Policy.
4. Service and Membership Availability
The availability of all listed services (e.g., Advocate Consultant, Notary / PPAT, Human Resource, Food & baverage, Outsourcing, Procurement services) and Membership Types is subject to internal capacity, necessary licensing, and current regulatory compliance at the time of official engagement.
NOTE: Final service activation is strictly conditional upon the execution of a formal, signed service agreement and initial payment confirmation. This request is preparatory only.
